Do you charge a travel fee?

Sessions and wedding coverage include travel within 60 miles of Lynchburg, Virginia. Travel fees may apply for locations outside this area and will always be discussed in advance. I love to travel, so don't hesitate to ask!

How many hours of second shooting do we need?

I am happy to review your timeline with you and help you decide whether a second photographer would be beneficial for your day. Most of the time I advise no more than 8 hours of second shooting.

How long will it take to receive our gallery?

Accepted Answer

Wedding galleries are delivered within eight to twelve weeks. I have options for sneak peek and rushed delivery as well.

Can we request specific photos or moments?

Yes. We welcome a list of meaningful moments, people, or details you would like us to pay special attention to.

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

Most couples book 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. If your date is sooner, feel free to reach out and I will check availability.

Do you travel for weddings and elopements?

Yes. I am based in Lynchburg, VA and available for travel. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your day. Smaller elopements may only need a few hours. Full weddings often require 6 to 8 or more hours. I can help you build a timeline that makes sense for what you want captured.

How many photos will we receive?

It really just depends. You will receive a curated gallery of edited images that tell the story of your day. I focus on quality and intention rather than overwhelming you with duplicates.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes. Engagement sessions are included with every wedding package. They are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day.

Question 10

Can we print our photos?

Yes. I will send a printing guide once your images are delivered. You are also welcome to print them through a third party.

Question 11

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A 30 % non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your wedding.

What happens if it rains or plans change?

I always come prepared with backup plans and flexibility. Some of the best moments happen when things do not go exactly as planned. We will still capture your day in a meaningful way.
